I need help with skin care?

I need a skincare routine that really works. Everyone said that Neutrogena is very good, so can yall a good routine with all the Neutrogena skin care products for me?

I want a cleaner / scrub (I prefer i heard detergent works best), moisturizer and toner cartridge (not what should be a matter for the Neutrogena I think he is)
